Many of my childhood memories stem from spending countless hours in my grandmother's kitchen watching her cook and listening to her childhood stories. Within those precious moments in time I learned how to cook many of her recipes which she learned from her mother and grandmother. Later I would spend just as much time learning from my mother. El Milagro's menu is built from generations of family recipes and history.
